Los dados

Los dados is another game I play to practice forms of verbs. It can be played in partners, in groups or as a whole class. Each group gets two dice of two different colors. The white die is used for subjects, and each number is assigned subjects. The other color die is assigned infinitives, and each number is assigned a different verb.

Students roll the dice. Let's say that the white die has the number 1, and the other color die has the number 5. So the student would take the subject and the infinitive and conjugate the verb in the appropriate form.

When playing in partners, students write each verb form down on a piece of paper. When we play it as a whole class, I use dice that are in the SMARTBoard that roll when you press them.
