Guerra

Guerra is a game I play to practice verb forms. I usually play it in partners, but you could play it as a whole class or in groups, as well. One partner has a stack of cards with subjects on them (they can use subject pronouns and / or names). The other partner has a stack of cards with verbs on them. Just like the card game War, the two players put one card down on the table at the same time. The first one to say the correct form of the verb wins. The winner gets the two cards. Then they play again until they are out of cards.
