I was absent the last three days of school, and I tried something new while the substitute was there. Most of the time the teachers that sub for me are not Spanish teachers, and I always have to be creative to try to get students to use Spanish in a meaningful while I am absent.
On each class's webpage, I posted links for them to use with the sub. The links consisted of online activities to practice grammar, short videos for them to watch and worksheets to complete. I included instructions for each activity on the website. Because this is the first time I have ever done this, I put the instructions in English. In the future I would put them in Spanish for the Spanish 2 and Spanish 3.
